I play most MMOs at least once. If I don't like them, I microwave the discs. If I do, they earn a space on the shelf with other games. Normal games are the same way.

Counterstrike (PC)

"I refuse to play this game. Too many cheaters. Not enough in-game management. Got tired of being shot through walls, and watching people kill others through walls."

Dark Age of Camelot (PC)

"Another great MMO, with an awesome community. Might have stayed with it, if I wasn't so busy playing other games."

Server: Lancelot

Dawn of War (PC)

"This remains one of my all-time favorites in the strategy genre. Dark Crusade made the game much more fun with it's awesome campaign."

Dungeons and Dragons Online (PC)

"Permanently retired. Nice idea, but bad implementation."

Empire Earth (PC)

"One of the best strategy games that I can play online. This one is always on my computer, in case I feel nostalgic."

Empire Earth II (PC)

"Retired. A poor sequel to EE1."

EVE: Online (PC-MAC)

"One of several MMOs I come back to continuously. The best of it's kind, with a strong community."

Server: Tranquility

Everquest (PC)

"Played it a couple of times in the past. Good for RP, but that's about it, if you ask me."

Everquest II (PC)

"It was good when it first came out, but when the game changed it's system for classes, I left the game in a hurry. No more fun in building characters."

Server: Steamfont

Exteel (PC)

"This beta isn't worth talking about. Game servers are laggy, crappy community, and an almost complete lack of support make it a hazard to play."

FEAR (PC)

"Another great single player shooter, but I find the multiplayer somewhat confusing. The two times I did it, at least."

Final Fantasy XI Online (PC)

"I hate the billing system of this game, and the content isn't all that interesting. It's permanently retired for me."

Fury (PC)

"Permanently retired. Played it near the end of beta, and it didn't play well at all."

Guild Wars (PC)

"A good game, but the community sucks."

Hellgate: London (PC)

"Played this game for the first month. All characters are online. What's the point in the SP mode when I can't game with others."

Horizons ()

"I tried to return to this game once a while back, but the launcher wouldn't work. Based on this game's hard history, it's not worth going back to."

Lineage II (PC)

"Permanently retired. This game was good for a month, but got old fast."

Lord of the Rings Online (PC)

"Permanently retired. Cool idea for PvP (play the monsters of the game), but not enough higher leveled characters. Game is otherwise dull."

The Matrix Online (PC)

"Permanently retired. Too many in-game problems. Game wouldn't run on my PC, problems with my 8800 GTX."

Neverwinter Nights (PC)

"An awesome game in it's time. Not many people playing anymore, at least, not that I've seen."

Neverwinter Nights II (PC)

"Play this game for the single player, and have YET to have a problem with the camera."

Phantasy Star Online (DC)

"Retired. Not enough players, not enough content. Nice looking game though."

PlanetSide (PC)

"My favorite online shooter. I'll pay 15 bucks a month to know that others aren't cheating, and to play with a group of players who are actually somewhat regular in their gaming."

Server: Emerald

Guild: Ghosts of the Revolution

Characters:

Hydrith, — My primary on the Emerald server. Current ranks are BR15 CR0

Quake 4 (PC)

"Permanently retired."

Ragnarok Online (PC)

"Retired. Game isn't worth paying to play. Strong community, though."

Realms of Despair (MUD)

"I actually played this MUD, and it was great in the times I played it. Not much of a community, but I didn't stick around for too long."

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (PC)

"What an awesome single player game. Never played it online, but it was so awesome to play in alone. Reminds me so much of Fallout."

Star Wars Galaxies (PC)

"Another game I went back to alot, but the combat expansion ruined the game. I wont go back again."

StarCraft (PC)

"Permanently retired. Another game to go back to, but with the announcement of Starcraft 2, I'll wait now."

Starsiege: Tribes (PC)

"An awesome game to play, both online and offline. Just not enough players online anymore..."

Supreme Commander (PC)

"My current favorite game amongst the strategy genre. I play it at least once a week, a couple of game at least."

Tabula Rasa (PC)

"A great game to play. Going to play it for a good long while. Great world, great (if a little over used) story, strong community."

Characters:

Hydrith Novosk, Level 16 Demolitionist — Plan to be a Demolitionist. Currently only a sapper, but I'm still playing!

Titan Quest (PC)

"Retired. Not enough players online to be interesting. A nice clone of other games, though."

Unreal Tournament 3 (PC)

"This game is great for venting frustrations. I do it when I want to let off some steam, though it can be a pain to run sometimes."

Vanguard: Saga of Heroes (PC)

"An interesting game, but soon to be cancelled. Not enough interest."

Server: Xeth

Characters:

Tadrak Novosk, Vulmane Shaman — My only real character in this game. Not really going anywhere...too many other games.

World in Conflict (PC)

"This has one of the best campaigns I've seen in a strategy game. I don't much like the multiplayer, but it's a great single player game."

World of Warcraft (PC-MAC)

"About to give up on this one. It's a fun game, but the game administrators are pretty damned rude. One account banned so far, and I'm not ready for another >_<"

Server: Boulderfist

Characters:

Alderra, — My current character I'm leveling. A 36 Ret Paladin.

Ithrythra, — My only surviving 60+ character from my account ban (moved two weeks before the ban). Currently a 61 Warrior, but going nowhere right now.

Anarchy Online (PC)

"A good looking game. Got into it when it became F2P, but I had too many commitments then."

Auto Assault (PC)

"A great game, with awesome potential that went unrealized. Too bad it didn't last more than a few months, and the large number of players in Beta didn't follow the game into the actual release."

Battle Realms (PC)

"Probably amongst my favorite strategy games, if only for the campaign. Online was hard to get going."

Battlefield 2142 (PC)

"This is a nice change of pace from Planetside and other games."

Call of Duty 2 (PC)

"Permanently retired. Game discs are long gone."

City of Heroes (PC)

"The best part of this game is the character creator. In-game content is too limited for me. Give me a game for creating original characters, and I'll play it all day long."

Hydrith is a Talented Player. Very easygoing, and easy to talk to. If you're in game and need help, he's one you can usually call upon. No matter what type of player you need, he's got it.

Hydrith is a Talented Player. Hmmm, a jack of all trades, his moods change quickly and his ideal role may be RPer one day and grinder the next, but whatever mood he is in, he fits the mode well. When RPing, he never breaks character. Neither death nor penakty will sway him from
